The Mask Maker, a scientist of the highest order, followed in the army of Ruina: The Great Unifier. They would choose their favorite mask from each unified peoples and, after categorizing and recording each one, make a copy with some slight improvements to the design. Without The Mask Maker, an accurate recording of all the seventeen lands prior to the unification would not exist today.
