Modern Life

This work was started without me knowing where it goes. I had a group of 14 paintings from 1983 to 2008, paintings that felt like they were telling a story, although I wasn’t clear on what the story was until it was completed. I called it Modern Life because it takes us through deforestation, industrialization, pollution and the hope and potential for the younger generation to invent solutions.
