String Theory

This winter I had a wonderful escape into the Canadian Rockies with the hopes of getting clear skies one of the nights, I only planned one shot for the trip hoping that the right location would work out. I spent the week shooting with my favorite people from the NFT photo community and the constant balancing of going to locations that we all were interested in shooting lead me to Tangle Peak. As we jumped out of the car into -26c darkness I saw the Orion constellation perfectly aligned with the mountain. This experience of real collaboration and community in the photography world was the first of its kind for me, finally feeling like I belonged somewhere other than alone under the stars. ...View all
