Winger is a retired Bush Pilot who lives in a cabin just outside of Perv Mountains. He lives on his own after his wife, Dakota, was trampled by a bull moose. This led him to a life of drinking. He still manages to fly effortlessly while intoxicated as the pervs can see him at times soaring over Perville. Sometimes he flies with message banners serving as tributes to his late wife. A truly tragic perv.
