Daydream #7/10

Daydream was first released as a single in 2007, over 4 years before the album. After some very basic initial experiments on Past is Prologue I had wanted to write a song using primarily guitar and bass guitar and Daydream was the result. I thought of this as the blueprint for what I wanted Tycho to be: an amalgam of the atmospheric synthscapes of my biggest influences in Ulrich Schnauss and Boards of Canada, and the driving rhythms of the burgeoning indie rock sound of the time. **Run Time: 6:30--8:00 EST** **Minimum bid increase of $10.
