After many failed military exploits, General Hurricane Steele was about to retire. On his last day of service a mysterious incident occurred. Transmogrified, he begins investigating odd supernatural occurrences in Brooklyn. And, he needs help. Due to a lack of funds, he’s forced to hire from the bottom of the barrel. Under his leadership, a squad of low-powered, rag-tag hooligans “volunteer” for what at first appearances is the cakewalk job of the century.
