Roll Rock Princess

I am deeply saddened by the news of Lisa Marie Presley's passing. I was unable to sleep after hearing the news and started working on a portrait of her, while contemplating her passing. Earlier this week, I had created a portrait of her father Elvis, in celebration of what would have been his 88th birthday, and now she has passed just four days later. It is a tragic loss. I have now created two portraits of Elvis, one from two years ago entitled "Roll Rock King" and another, created this week, entitled "Roll Rock King 2023". Today, with heavy heart, I have created a portrait of Lisa Marie, in honor of her memory. I have named it "Roll Rock Princess" as a nod to the nickname her father used f...View all
