Honest Work

The production of Vietnam’s most revered soy sauce lies in Hung Yen, a quaint town found on the outskirts of Hà Nội. After hiring a translator and guide, I set to trawling through the area on foot in hopes of meeting with an establishment that would grant me access to document them.
