Karabasan

The series “Sleep Paralysis” explores the liminal time of when the mind perceives hallucinations, creatures and objects that cannot be detected when it is completely awake. “Karabasan” (2022) is ambiguous; an androgynous figure accepts a black cat/incubus resting over their head no matter if the animal scratches their flesh with its pointed claws.
