Saved By The Goddess

"Although he fought bravely, Ikenga, the warrior god was overwhelmed by the enemy forces. Close to annihilation, he cried out to Ala, goddess of the earth and mother of all creation for help". This piece is inspired by Igbo mythology and western superhero comics that first got me interested in art as a young boy.
