The color of the stalk determines the taste. The darker the red stalk, the sweeter the rhubarb! 💋💦 🌱 FUN FACT: The word rhubarb comes from the Latin word “rhababarum” which means “root of the barbarians.” The Romans labelled anyone who ate rhubarb “barbarians.” I guess that makes you a barbarian!
