HISTORY 🍋

These little fresh foods were created 13 years ago. A company I worked for needed unique characters for a growing brand. Sadly, the project fell through, and our sector was shut down.

Luckily, the FMC had a purpose! We took our shovels and unearthed the one-of-a-kind produce from the file garden to serve the hungry collectors. Watch for our drops grown!

Fresh Market Crew

🌱 India is where eggplants originated and continue to grow wild today. The title of eggplant came about due to the similarity of this fruit to goose eggs. Belonging to the potato and tomato family, these FRESHly and vibrant vegetables vary in color, shape, and size.

🌱 Fun fact: A study published in 1993 in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that eggplant has by far the highest level of nicotine of any vegetable.
