The Unstoppable Force

For this piece, I've collaborated with the poet Jodi Suzann to create "The Unstoppable Force." This shot, captured on July 9, 2021 near Eloy, Arizona, was the result of not giving up on the chase when it seemed like skies were clearing after sunset and that I would go home without an extraordinary shot. Soon after sunset, however, I watched on radar as a small storm began to push southwest towards Eloy and Casa Grande. I quickly left Tucson and made it to this open farm field just as the bolts began to rain down over Eloy.
