The strong hand on the bottom is the root, it also symbolize the open arms and the support of the community, it's also constructed from more than one hand. Despite existing over the cyber world the face shows this community is human. Two other hands symbolize triumph, also they take the shape of wings, taking the community to the sky. They're also the eyes and ears of the face. The library pictures the fruits, in other words knowledge of the community.
