In 2003, after a decade of documenting the rise of west coast rap music in my native Los Angeles, I moved to Miami Beach and began making photographs of the beautiful people I met – models, surfers, celebrities, strangers and friends. When I wasn't doing client work, I roamed the beaches from the Sagamore Hotel to south of Fifth nearly every day, getting to know the beautiful people who made the beach their temple – and who graciously allowed me to make photographs with them. From thousands of frames made between 2003-2007, I’ve curated a selection of 100 of the most beautiful images for my genesis collection. All NFTs are unique 1/1.

Once a year, the model agencies in Miami sponsored Vollypalooza, a volleyball tournament on the beach. My team constructed a massive 20ft x 20ft black duveteen backdrop on the beach and we made portraits of the models and spectators. All shot with a Pentax 6x7 on 120 film, later scanned in at high res to make prints.
