Imbued with a Lesser Animate Fire spell, EMBER allows the consumer to manipulate small flames. It’s NOT going to give you a Fireball. It is most helpful for starting fires, which is a trick most Witches and Warlocks can do anyway, but this is specifically helpful as it enhances the proximity range of casting. Poppi pipes up, “Sorry White Magic Masters; we’ve tested this with Gladiola and her mouth is on fire…Black Magic users and Neutral Casters only!” Verenia cackles at the sight of Gladiola’s red face and watering eyes. Someone mutters something about “needing more sales” and “insurance” when this Magic Mint is introduced.
