業界の約1割といわれる少数派の女性職人をモデルに「マイノリティが世界を創る」というメッセージを込めています。

This collection uses pixel art to depict the "craftsmen" who work in the construction industry.
The works feature models of female craftsmen, a minority group that is said to account for about 10% of the construction industry, and carry the message that "minority create the world.

Shuttering carpenter - 型枠大工。コンクリート作りの建設では、建物の基礎となる床などを専用のパネルを使いコンクリートを流し込む枠を作る。そのパネル板を作る職人が「型枠大工」。In concrete construction, special panels are used to create a frame into which concrete is poured for the floors and other parts that form the foundation of a building. Formwork carpenters are the craftsmen who make these panel boards.
