In the Deed of Partnership to Let Me Out Productions, a limited liability company in Sacramento, 500,000 parts of 0.0002% ownership each define 100% total. 80,000 parts (16% total) have been or are scheduled to be assigned to each Token ID in this collection on our "Chronological Growth Curve." This is NOT a security/instrument.

- LMO Productions is a film/tv production house in Sacramento, California. 

- Legal notes: These are not securities - these are artistically unique collectibles, assigned 0.002% ownership per token in Deed, that satisfy Howey Test requirements.
