He used to run an old tea house in İncesu district, which is on the historical Silk Road route. There are many artisan shops around the caravansary palace, which was built as an Islamic-ottoman social complex in 1660. One of these shops made of cut stone is a tea house belonging to Uncle Osman.
Uncle Osman, who made a living by serving tea to the shopkeepers in the historical street, passed away in 2020 due to his advanced age. It was one of the spots visited by many photographers because the place he operated was old, his portrait was liked by photographers and his conversations attracted people's attention.
