The wild and freedom-loving Yılkı horses, which live in Hörmetçi Reeds on the outskirts of Erciyes and eastern gate of the Cappadocia region, create unique images while galloping on the snow. Cappadocia, as it is known now, is Persian for "Land of Beautiful Horses." These wild horses create a nice contrast with their dark colors on the white snow, especially in winter.
