Born in 1956, he gets a degree in Languages and Journalism during the years of Dimitroff and the fight against meritocratic selection.
He gains the gastronomical page on ethnic foods in the socialist stage of "La Repubblica", but he takes a gap year in Berlin right after.
Here he starts selling Berlin Wall's rubbles to fund his next rag: INDIETRO! magazine.
The paper fails in 2001 and from then he works as a ghostwriter for Izvestia.
Popular in Reggio Emilia but also in Havana, he translates Marx's Capital in whatever languages he speaks: Russian and Meneghin.
