INNERBLOOM explores how the dark parts of our life, represented by dark colors, ultimately give depth to our light and balance to our compositions.
As part of the BLOOM series and similar to SUPERBLOOM, INNERBLOOM is representative of the composition of a life: colors and shapes swirling and interacting just as people, ideas, and beliefs interact and converse to make us who we are. While we often resist or do not desire the dark parts, ultimately we learn that without them, our lives are incomplete.
INNERBLOOM is part of the BLOOM series and was painted in the desert of Joshua Tree, California.
