Birth of an Ophanim

We say God is an artist. Are we to assume that he too started from somewhere despite his omnipotence? Did he have doodles and blueprints for the creations we see and also for the entities we don't? 'Birth of an Ophanim' represents the moment when God himself got acquainted with art. Creating a blueprint for what shall soon be a high-ranking angelic being intended to serve as the divine wheels for the Almighty's flaming chariot! The question remains, what other blueprints will we see as God progresses as an artist?
