4/4 Facing Shadows

After the shattering of illusions I faced, I met a mystic healer who helped to guide me and ground me back to myself. I began engaging in practices that rooted me to mother earth and connected me to source energy. I was told to expect a lot more to come up, before I could feel a sense of balance again and during this time I faced a lot of darkness and shadows. I went deep within the inner forest of my mind and soul to start the deep healing that was required. I felt, at times, a prisoner of my thoughts and emotions and this piece represents those emotions.
