A bad day, huh? Everyone experiences a lack of motivation from time to time. On days like this, we might feel tired, frustrated, or just unable to stir our usual interest in the things we typically enjoy.
Sometimes taking a break and doing nothing is actually one of the best things we can do - no scrolling social media, no reading books or articles, no listening to podcasts, or watching videos. Spending some time relaxing and resting is a powerful tool to regulate our emotions and maintaining the ability to focus.
