The delegate sent by Nigeria is a very rare example of a living concept formed from a collective memory. This particular Engram is the living concept of Ori, the Yoruba deity that is the embodiment of human consciousness. Although they are not a particularly stable Engram, what better representative than the god of personal destiny and free-will.
