Lion Strength Series by Coach B Patel

This program is designed to improve your joint flexibility and mobility.

It is designed to improve and build up weak links within your kinetic chain.

You are only as strong as your weakest link. If flexibility is a constraint then this program will help you build increased stability and control through your whole body.

You will get more flexible and build more useable strength.

This program has 4 days of strength training and 2 days of conditioning planned.

This is an OG level (advanced) program designed for those with greater than 3 years of training experience.
