A planet-wide, deep ocean that is constantly steaming. The animal life on this planet is a kind of protoplasmic ooze capable of temporarily forming itself into myriad shapes. Some of the local creatures will literally explode as a last-ditch defense mechanism. The air contains pheromones that induce memory loss. The Psycho Pirate uses these pheromones for his own personal agenda.
