Green Screens and white lies

this piece is apart of my word and object pieces. with this concept i drew a white t.v with green screen background. I drew this piece last year in 2020 around the time George floyd was murdered. watching the media and the way the media narrates things. they'll show endless videos of the "rioting" and "looting" but its all green screen and white lies. white lies is considered something small. not a big deal. with this piece white lies isn't that. its how the narrative is controlled by white washed media filled with lies. it doesn't show both sides. personally as a Palestinian I've experienced this first hand when watching how the media portrays the Palestinian occupation. the majority of t...View all
