How rarities are decided:

Common - recolors of past pieces or minimal changes made to the base gameboi

Uncommon - enough changes made that it looks pretty different from the standard base gameboi

Rare - close to uncommon but there are significant changes made to where there are a lot more extra elements added

Legendary - redesigned in a way that there are enough new elements that it takes a significantly more amount of time to finish
