Colours of Peace

Artist: Figen Kokol I found this colourful monument while I was traveling in Gudauri, Georgia. The weather was brilliant during our journey from Tbilisi to Gudauri. The fog began to descend slowly as we approached the ski resort of Gudauri. As I started walking towards the direction where the monument is said to be, I first noticed the silhouette of the monument and then a woman walking with an umbrella in front of me. I quickly walked ahead of the group because I shouldn't have missed this moment. I took my place before anyone came and waited for the woman to reach that perfect spot.
