Portrait of Mata Hari
Margaretha Geertruida "Margreet" MacLeod (Aug 1876 - 15 Oct 1917), better known by the stage name Mata Hari, was a Dutch exotic dancer and courtesan who was convicted of being a spy for Germany during World War I and executed by firing squad in France.

I first read about her in the Paulo Coelho book 'The Spy' and am still in awe of this lady. Strong, unconventional, and way ahead of her time, she represents an era bygone, all while being unapologetically mesmerizing!!
Hand drawn with a million dots!
