S.H.A.C.K.E.R. F69 #1, also known as the NightGang Demon comes from an other dimension. It looks like, the energy released by his body, the rage and despair to get his hands on S.H.A.C.K.E.R. #14 SOE, caused a rift in the space time continuum, transferring this Floor 69 from a parallel dimension to ours. After doing some researches our scientists found out that his huge spiral horns had the power to open interdimensional portals under certain circumstances, we still don't know what those circumstances are but we're happy that he can't use them at the moment.
