A non-vintage Sake made from the Hyogo Special A Yamadanishiki rice from the Junmai Daiginjo appellation of Japan. This Sake is produced with the highest grade rice from the region and is an elegant, sophisticated, light style of Sake. This Sake is incredibly labour intensive to produce and due to strict regulations, only small quantities are produced. Aged for 5 to 6 years before release this Sake has beautiful floral aromas on the nose and has flavours of banana, lychee melon and subtle flavours of cream and earthy notes.
