A non-vintage blue wine made from a blend of Grenache, Macabeo, Viura and Syrah grapes sourced from locations in Spain and France but produced in Rioja. This blue wine is produced through additions of natural ingredients, blue indigo dye and anthocyanin (a compound produced from red grape skins). This wine is an interesting addition to the wine world and many countries have do not allow the term "wine" to be added to the label due to its colour. This wine has an interesting profile of bubblegum and cotton candy on the nose and apples, peaches and a minerality on the palate.
