Shirahime's hair is a mysterious, beautiful, and shiny silk thread. She's hair was shared with the villagers who worshipped her. Her hair were finer and more beautiful than any other fiber. It is said that they could be exchanged for all kinds of goods. And because of its rarity, her existence has long been kept secret by the villagers. The villagers continued to dedicate her only food, mulberry leaves, to feed her.
