Abandoned buildings with stormy skies are a rarity in the storm photography realm. Thousands of miles and immeasurable hours are traveled seeking these types of photographs. Each and every one, has taken heart and soul to acquire. A series of my very best make up this rousing collection. These old dwellings ooze history and resilience as they’ve stood the test of time and onslaught of many storms much like these. Now they will live on forever in these unique images.

Forgotten Skies

August 23, 2019 in Taiban, New Mexico. This is a sister shot to Flash from the Past and another testament to the storm that kept on giving. I’ll never forget standing in awe as these bolts clashed and connected with the ground in a mighty high voltage display of earth’s fury.
