Sea Deer yokai

Original name Umishika base on Japanese folklore She lives in the open sea and always spots on the wavy day. She helps those fishing boats which are in the wavy area to be more steady and reach the land safely. Sometimes she would turn into a human form and travel around the sea coast village. If you see the lady with the blue hair and blue petals around her that means you have met the Sea deer spirit.
