This is a rare mineral phenomenon. It occurs in Doñana National Park (Spain) after a day of rain. There is only a few days gap, sometimes just hours, before the wind blows the aluminum oxide (the black particles) that have condensed with the water flow over the sand.
It's unique, ephemeral, and beautiful. :)
