First off I want to thank all of the collectors from Volume 1. When I began this process I didn’t know where it would lead but that uncertainty was quickly replaced with gratitude for the acceptance and kindness I’ve received for myself and my art. Thank you all so much for everything. You’ve changed my life for the better and I couldn’t be any more appreciative. 

Awakening Volume 2 is a collection of landscape shots from my travels around this beautiful country. This series is about me exploring, learning and growing both as a photographer and person. This process has made me feel things I never would have imagined. It’s been an exploration of who I am and what I want to be. Belief in myself has never been a strong point of mine and I am finding that belief in this space and through my art and I am so grateful for that it’s difficult to even put into words. This shot was taken just as the first light started to come into the sky. Sometimes that “blue hour” light just hits different for me. I usually take shots of the clouds at full glow but the subtle grey of the clouds and illuminated background really caught my eye this time. Hope you enjoy it as well 💙💛
