Ceaseless Construction

"Ceaseless Construction" The city of Philadelphia seems to have endless construction ongoing during any point of time. This is usually replicated in other cities as well. The goal of it all is to continue to improve and adapt. In a society everything has to overcome and become better. Whatever may be the "best" right now may be better in the next decade. Who knows. A person may live in a city for the rest of their life right beside the ceaseless construction. This is a shot that I never appreciated until I dove deeper into it.
