This is an Ocean Pod, also known as an Ocean Bubble Home, it is a nice armored pod with several glass bubbles around it, these bubbles are not actually rooms, and are actually particle collectors, something like a solar panel, that doesn't need the sun to operate, it collects particles that pass through the earth constantly, accelerates then and multiplies the energy and feeds it to a large battery located in the base of the station, which utilizes the Salt water to create current.
