SIGHTSEERS - Director's Cut Thrills and stills are a collection of deconstructed painted photos taken from Harman's SIGHTSEERS videos. This collection is a subsidiary / detour from the main project that allows Harman to explore digital painting through intervention of the still. Within the corruption of the digital image, there is a breaking up of the information, which leaves the viewer to interpret the space between abstraction and figuration.
