When out this morning to run and clear my mind. Around my house there's plenty of fun trails to find. Some times I find when I'm really stressed. Exercise is the one thing that really works best. Even I love my health I must admit. I still smoke a little pot and I'm not planning to quit. A couple puffs and the noise starts to drain away.
