I have a passion for bright vibrant colors, silly imagery, and eye catching animations. There are 3 different categories of Rarity for Smoking Skulls:
-Stills (common): will be produced at 10->20 per week until capped at 1000 total
-HOLO RARE (less than 10%): These pieces are stills with animated color shifts. They will be dropped randomly but will be capped at less than 100 produced total.
-SUPER RARE (less than  1%): These pieces are hand drawn frame by frame animations. There will be less than 10 of these ever produced for this collection.
