Phenomenon Lake Tahoe California, October 2021 Edition: 1/1 Every once in a while, a rare phenomenon happens. And if you're lucky, you happen to be there- with your camera! The day I took this photo, I remember waking up and noticing that something unusual was going on. There was a good deal of low-hanging fog in the air, which isn't the norm in Lake Tahoe. I had a hunch it was an inversion, so I grabbed my camera, rushed out the door (still in my pajamas), and headed straight for Emerald Bay.
