This is one of my wife’s super-easy-to-prepare, go-to recipes after a long day of work, gardening, driving the boys around, and doing other activities that require a simple approach to dinner. I just can’t get enough of this roasted chicken, and go so far as to eat every last bit of crispy skin and even chew the joints off the end of the bones to suck every last bit of marrow out. It’s that good.
