'The Dead of Night' is a collection of 24 1/1 photographs shot over the past 4 years. The world is a different place at night. These times are so still, the city is asleep and i'm out with my camera searching for a sense of self. All of these images with the exception of 2, were shot on 35mm and medium format film.

The Dead of Night

Shot in East Portland on 35mm film. Walking for miles and miles, exploring the city and hunting for scenes, I found this one at around 3:30 AM one night. It happens to be my favorite photograph I shot on that weekend Portland trip. The light peering through the textured windows gave off a certain vibe that words couldn't explain.
