When Charles Darwin published his best selling book “origin of species” the quote from the book “survival of the fittest” found its way into society and reconfigured it. The major side effect of this reconfigured social construct is a new rise of moral decadence, if only the fittest survive, anything is allowed to happen so as to end up surviving, the end justifies the means. In this artwork we see how weak our protagonist really is, he’s being stepped on literally and mr.box doesn’t seem to mind and as such isn’t lending a helping hand because there’s another character in the painting that he adores.
