One of 100 NFTs in Tom Alberi's Derivations collection. This collection represents an intersection between a traditional art mediums and generative art. To create these pieces, a picture from a collection of 5 of my favorite traditional art pieces was provided as an input to generative art code that I developed. The code then "derived" digital representations of each piece using a collection of shapes. Shape types, sizes, and positions (among other attributes) are randomized, resulting in digital representations ranging from recognizable to abstract.
